iPhoto IPTC Keyword Import/Export Utilities 1.1.0 is an AppleScript pack which allows you to import/export IPTC keywords from images in iPhoto.
Two Applescript studio based scripts are:
IPTC keywords from selected images are imported in your iPhoto library and they are assigned as iPhoto keywords.
iPhoto keywords are exported from selected images in you iPhoto library to IPTC keywords.
The requirements are:
iPhoto version 5 or 6
iPhoto Keyword Assistant
Graphic Converter
IPTC keywords now get exported to both Modified and Original images in iPhoto 5 and 6 and Universal binary are the new features in this version.

I Wrote a java tool that exports IPhoto 08 keywords to original image files. I use it with my library of 60.000 pics.
